Terms & Conditions:

Gallivanters products and services such as airline tickets, hotel booking, car rentals and more have their own specific governing terms and conditions which shall apply to these Terms and Conditions provided in this summary. Additional terms and conditions might apply at the purchase process relating to the product or service purchased, not explicitly shown on the site, and should be directed to Gallivanters or you may contact Customer Support.

By using this site for any services such as reserving or purchasing travel services or accommodations, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this site. Gallivanters reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amended terms automatically take effect when these terms and conditions are updated. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes to the listed terms will mean you accept the changes. Please return to this page periodically to review any changes.

This term and conditions refers to Gallivanters property Ltd Liability, Trade /A Gallivanters.

Pricing:

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. All fares including airfare is only guarantied once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Once submitted you will receive an email confirmation number before purchase has been completed and ticket will be issued, if a price increase occurs after you have made a booking that affects your travel package, we will notify you before taking further steps, however that will not affect you once your booking has been finalized. 

Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases.

Baggage Approximate: 

Each airline has its own baggage policies allowances, fees and restrictions. The policies are differ for each airline and can be change at any time. We try our best to display current baggage fee information on our website, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information

Please check with the airline consultant for weight restrictions, which may apply on internal flights. Baggage and personal effects are at owner's risk throughout the travel program. Check with the airline for other baggage restrictions applicable to internal and international flights. Please be aware that baggage fees are not included in the cost of your trip.

Booking Fees: 

Fares include all fuel surcharges service fees and taxes: May Apply to Online Air Transaction Service Fees.

Service fees will be converted in your local currency on the payment page.

All transaction service fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice.

Government imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount as shown.◊ Certain exceptions to service fees apply:

Contact Center booking service fees: Service fees for contact center bookings (including complex multi-stop and round-the-world itineraries) may be higher than those charged for bookings made online.

Important Note: All service fees are subject to change without notice. YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FINAL TOTAL PRICE AS QUOTED REGARDLESS OF ANY CHANGE OR VARIANCE IN THE SERVICE FEES. Please review the total final price carefully.

Gallivanters Checkout:

We accept all major payment methods including debit card, credit card, paypal, amazon pay, Internet Banking and UPI.

Cancellation or Amendment:  

Bookings cannot be cancelled or changed, and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated as part of your order terms, as the ability to cancel, change a booking, or obtain a refund for your booking is subject to any airline fare rules and regulations.

In the event that your booking can be changed/amended or cancelled, we will charge you the service fees set out as applicable travel service providers’ fees.

Should there be any cancellations by the airlines, the refunds are as per the guidelines of the airlines' policies. In the unlikely event that a booking has been cancelled by Gallivanters, due to some unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to the customer.  

Refunds:  

We will refund, if any, in accordance with the relevant Airline or supplier terms and fare rules. Additional details are provided in the Refund Policy regulations for the purchased tickets. If refund request is approved by service providers we are unable to give a specific timeline for the completion of the refund process.

Please note that any fees/charges associated with the booking are not refundable. Please note that as per the service provider's approval, it may take an extended period for refunds to be processed and additional time to be credited back to your account.

Refunds are generally processed within 5 - 7 business days from the date of cancellation.

The refund is credited to the source of the original method of payment.

Taxes:  

Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. Taxes will be levied as per the laws of the country where the booking is completed. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports/ports. All taxes are subject to change without notice.

Payment: 

While booking international travel through our website, some banks and card companies charge a fee for international transactions. This will appear on your credit or bank card statement. If you make your booking through our website internationally, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and may charge you a fee for the conversion. The amount of the charge appearing on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and different from the purchase amount shown on your billing summary page for the booking.

When your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the e-ticket. If the booking process is not complete, the fare is subject to change until a ticket is issued. Once your ticket is issued you will receive an electronic ticket.

Before issuing a ticket, we may verify genuine purchasers. If in doubt, we may contact you to provide supporting documents to prove your authenticity.

Agency: 

In our role as a travel agent, we sell various travel-related products on behalf of numerous service providers. Our obligation is to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we make or give any warranty or representation regarding their standard. All bookings are made on your behalf, subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. Your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not us. If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted your remedy lies against the provider and not with us.

Passport & Visas:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months of validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport.

Travel Advice: 

For travel advice, please contact the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, or visit the official websites of the countries you intend to travel to.

Changes Schedule: 

All changes made to the itinerary are restricted as subject to airline fare rules, all our tickets, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and packages do not allow any date or name changes after the booking is completed. Gallivanters do not guarantee or assume responsibility for any schedule changes. It is your responsibility to contact the service provider at least 72 hours prior to departure to ensure the scheduled departure time has not changed.

Travel Insurance:  

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. The premium is calculated on the number of days you will be away; however, it is important that the policy be taken out when the booking is made, to cover any cancellation penalties that may apply from that time

Liability:   

We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third-party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control and which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

Indemnity:

You indemnify us and our officers, employees and agents against all losses, costs, damages, claims and expenses arising from:

Any breach of these Terms & Conditions by you;

Any act or omission by you or an officer, employee or agent of you;

Any claim, action, demand or proceeding by a third party against us or our officers, employees or We are committed to agents caused or contributed to by you or an officer, employee or agent of you.

Governing Law:

If any dispute arises in relation to the agreement between you and us, the governing laws will apply.

You must be at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside in order to register for or use the services available on our site.

Gallivanters staffs are parents and Gallivanters believes that parents should play a central role in their child's online activities and should monitor those activities to ensure that sites visited by their child, or minor, are respecting their child's privacy.
